Privacyverklaring van Eben Email

Eben Email is een mailprogramma van DataLore (Epe, Nederland; KvK 69104999). In het kort: je mail is van jou. DataLore ontvangt, bewaart of ziet je mail, je wachtwoorden en je facturen niet.
Wat op je computer blijft
- Je accountinstellingen, regels, sjablonen en de gegevens van je facturen staan in je eigen gebruikersmap op je computer.
- Je wachtwoorden staan in Windows Referentiebeheer (op een Mac: de Sleutelhanger), nooit in een bestand.
- De factuur-spreadsheet en de pdf's staan in de map die jij kiest.
Met wie Eben Email verbinding maakt
Eben Email maakt alleen verbinding met de diensten hieronder, en alleen voor het genoemde doel.

Afbeeldingen van internet in een bericht zijn geblokkeerd tot jij ze toestaat, zodat een afzender niet kan zien dat je een bericht hebt geopend.
Wat DataLore niet doet
- Geen account bij DataLore, geen registratie.
- Geen statistieken, geen tracking, geen reclame.
- Geen kopieën van je gegevens op servers van DataLore.
Je gegevens verwijderen
- Windows: verwijder Eben Email via Windows Instellingen → Apps. Je instellingenmap en de vermeldingen van Eben Email in Windows Referentiebeheer kun je zelf verwijderen.
- Mac: sleep Eben Email in Finder (map Programma's) naar de Prullenmand. Je instellingenmap en de vermeldingen van Eben Email in Sleutelhangertoegang kun je zelf verwijderen.
- Android: verwijder de app door hem ingedrukt te houden en op "Verwijderen" (of het prullenbak-icoon) te tikken, of via Instellingen → Apps → Deinstalleren.
Je mail blijft bij je mailprovider staan en de facturen in de map die jij hebt gekozen blijven bewaard. Die verwijder je zelf.

Privacy policy of Eben Email

Eben Email is a mail program made by DataLore (Epe, the Netherlands; Chamber of Commerce no. 69104999). In short: your mail is yours. DataLore does not receive, store or see your mail, your passwords or your invoices.
What stays on your computer
- Your account settings, rules, templates and the details of your invoices are stored in your own user folder on your computer.
- Your passwords are stored in Windows Credential Manager (on a Mac: the Keychain), never in a file.
- The invoice spreadsheet and the PDFs are stored in the folder you choose.
Who Eben Email connects to
Eben Email only connects to the services below, and only for the purpose stated.

Pictures from the internet in a message are blocked until you allow them, so a sender cannot see that you opened a message.
What DataLore does not do
- No account with DataLore, no registration.
- No statistics, no tracking, no advertising.
- No copies of your data on servers of DataLore.
Removing your data
- Windows: remove Eben Email through Windows Settings → Apps. Your settings folder and the entries of Eben Email in Windows Credential Manager can be deleted by you.
- Mac: drag Eben Email from the Applications folder in Finder to the Trash. Your settings folder and the entries of Eben Email in Keychain Access can be deleted by you.
- Android: remove the app by pressing and holding it and tapping "Remove" (or the trash icon), or via Settings → Apps → Uninstall.
Your mail stays with your mail provider, and the invoices in the folder you chose are kept. You delete those yourself.

Eben Email es un programa de correo de DataLore (Epe, Países Bajos; Cámara de Comercio n.º 69104999). En resumen: tu correo es tuyo. DataLore no recibe, guarda ni ve tu correo, tus contraseñas ni tus facturas.
Lo que se queda en tu ordenador
- Los ajustes de tus cuentas, reglas, plantillas y los datos de tus facturas se guardan en tu propia carpeta de usuario.
- Tus contraseñas se guardan en el Administrador de credenciales de Windows (en un Mac: el Llavero), nunca en un archivo.
- La hoja de cálculo de facturas y los PDF se guardan en la carpeta que tú elijas.
Con quién se conecta Eben Email
Eben Email solo se conecta con los servicios siguientes, y solo para el fin indicado.

Las imágenes de internet de un mensaje se bloquean hasta que las permites, para que el remitente no vea que lo abriste.
Lo que DataLore no hace
- Sin cuenta en DataLore, sin registro.
- Sin estadísticas, sin seguimiento, sin publicidad.
- Sin copias de tus datos en servidores de DataLore.
Eliminar tus datos
- Windows: desinstala Eben Email desde Configuración de Windows → Aplicaciones. Puedes borrar tú mismo la carpeta de ajustes y las entradas de Eben Email en el Administrador de credenciales.
- Mac: arrastra Eben Email desde la carpeta Aplicaciones del Finder a la Papelera. Puedes borrar tú mismo la carpeta de ajustes y las entradas de Eben Email en Acceso a Llaveros.
- Android: elimina la app manteniéndola pulsada y tocando "Desinstalar" (o el icono de la papelera), o desde Ajustes → Aplicaciones → Desinstalar.
Tu correo sigue en tu proveedor y las facturas de la carpeta que elegiste se conservan. Esas las eliminas tú mismo.
